Windows 7 Home Premium x64 ( build 7601)
качал с торрентов давно. Поэтому уже и не помню...скорее всего сборка.
Антивируса нет.

Ну Win 10 Tweaker сообщает, что ему не хватает какого-то компонента, необходимого для работы.
Поэтому гадать здесь думаю бесполезно, не зная что и как.

Для работы программы нужен не Visual C++, а Framework 4.8.

Это последняя версия для семёрки или нужно её обновить?
Несколькими сообщениями выше я кидал лог.
Там может ошибку кто увидел.
Я в этом не разбераюсь к сожалению ((((((

Скачайте Redistributable выше, я кинул вам ссылку.
Ничего страшного с вашим пк не случиться, если установите все Redistributable
)
