Report: 2 issues, relatives to "Personal recommendations" section, relate to MY MACHINE
I would like to report 2 issues, relatives to "Personal recommendations" section. These issues relate MY MACHINE. I can't speak generally.
1. System doesn't keep the "Ultimate Performance" Power plan, after a reboot. Returns this option to "Balanced (Recommended)", every time. After, even the plan has created and it's ready to re-choose it, the relative option in "Personal recommendations" section, still has the "Apply" button active.
2. The attempt to change the ability of user to launch Command Prompt from any folder, leads to a warning message with 3 buttons (Details, Continue, Quit). The message is:
"Application attempted to perform an operation not allowed by the security policy. to grant this application the required permission, contact your system administrator, or use the Microsoft .NET Framework Configuration tool.
If you click "Continue", the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click "Quit", the application will close immediately.

Windows Defender is completely out.
Okay. Try:
1. Add Win 10 Tweaker to Exceptions on your Antivirus.
2. Win 10 Tweaker ➜ System ➜ First four checks ➜ Apply.
First 4 checks were already ok.
I will inform you mr. Sergey for the Exception. I will give a look after a while, cause just came people at home.

I won't forget, don't worry.
The question is, that your protection software make conflict with Win 10 Tweaker, blocking access to Registry in particular.
Therefore, for Win 10 Tweaker stable work you have to disable / delete your antivirus completely.
I added exception to Detection section and also to Firewall section of Eset Internet Security. Result negative.
I completely disabled both live protection and firewall. Result negative.
I think the security restrictions belongs to Windows itself...
Anyway, it's not big deal for me. It's more interesting for you and the software development.
Update June 23th 2021:
Both 2 issues have been resolved with the next 2 consecutive updates of the Pro version of the software.
